export file

A tv station asked me to export a FILE and send them the file with these details
what is the best way to do this -
in compressor I have these parameters that you see in attached file

Estensione: .MOV

Codec Video: H264

VIDEO

Bitrate: 6 o 8 Mbit/sec Variable Bitrate (VBR)

IF you are using Final Cut Pro you can just use export quality high one pass

Scansione: interalaced (IMPORTANTE!)
Risoluzione: pal 720x576 anamorfico per il 16/9

AUDIO MIXED

Codec: AAC

Bitrate: 64 Kbit/sec

Sampling Rate: 48kHz

Both of the photos you included show Compressor settings for an MPEG-2 Elementary Stream which is typically only used in DVD authoring. I don't know which version of Compressor you have, but since your client requires an H.264 file, look for an H.264 preset in Compressor - there should be a few of them. Once you've found a preset, duplicate it - the duplicate will be in the Custom Preset folder. Select the duplicate preset then make the changes you need in the Inspector window so it matches their requirements. Use the new preset to encode the video.
