Save and Save as in FCPX

I used to edit on old Final Cit and I just studying the FCPX.
How can I save as my project?

You don't. Everything is saved automatically any time you do anything.

Also in Prefs you can turn on 'Back up' which will Save your Project every 15 minutes.

And if by "save as" you mean creating a duplicate version of your current timeline: you can do this by just duplicating the Project timeline (CMD+D), or by duplicating the Project timeline as a snapshot. I strongly advise to watch some basic training videos before diving into FCPX. It will make your studying so much easier (-:
