Motion 5: Where Are The Scroll Handles to go Up & Down ?

Simple question ?

I am inside a Motion 5 Template and the controls on the side of Timeline, there should be scroll bars.

I don't see them.

I've tried to open everything on the Motion screen to get them back. The only way I move UP and DOWN is by using the arrows.

The scroll bars are the only way to move around. What do I TURN ON to get them back ?
