Event manager X

I can't find many of my events and projects in FCP X 10.1.3. I suspect Event Manager X 1.4.5 has them stashed somewhere, but I'm unable to open that app, getting the error message seen in the attached file. I'm afraid if I reinstall the Event Manager X, the new version won't be able to find the files the previous version had hidden. A legit concern? Also, I'm also missing some more recent projects that were built long after I last used Event Manager X. I'm stuck and need help!
