step by step tutorial to create DVDs with FCP X, compressor and DVD SP 4

I am looking for a tutorial that explains step by step the best way to make a DVD from a video I edited in FCP X. The video is 20 minutes long. The Share function to DVD in FCP X seems to produce a relatively small file so I am wondering if I am losing to much quality and should use compressor instead. What should my settings be? I am sure there is somewhere a great step by step tutorial, I just couldn't find it.

Share to Master File in FCP X and then encode in Compressor is the best way to go if you want finetune the compression.
