Converting audio from 29.97 to 23.98

I finally found a workflow that allows me to get my 29.97, h.264 footage to 23.98 Apple ProRes 422!

Now, I am facing an audio problem.
Camera audio was recorded for reference as well as separate sync audio tracks.

Now that my video clips are 23.98 my sync audio now longer syncs, obviously.

Anybody know how I can convert my sync audio tracks to fit the video, now running 23.98? Without compromising the quality (like the reference audio now does) by slowing it down.

Or is there a different approach that I am missing?
