Quicktime movie of sequence

Hello to all, I'm trying to make a quicktime movie of my sequence and it made me an audio file in FCP 7. Under Settings I use: Current Settings. Under "include" my choices are: left, center or Right. I've never seen that before. And under markers I'm choosing none. Where can I change this? Thank You! Arnie Michael
Several hours later…. Mac was off and restarted. I opened the project and the Quicktime dialogue box was normal and it allowed me to make a QT movie. I double clicked the movie to watch it and I am noticing glitches intermittently throughout the 4 minute movie, especially the little squares. I trashed the prefs and made another movie and I am getting the same glitches in the same places. Thanks for any help, Arnie

Re:glitches. You are opening QT fully to play? And not just using the spacebar?
The glitches appear using the spacebar, but don't show in the final product.
