Well PAL/NTSC doesn't really matter unless you're running it on a PAL VCR and television. Your computer doesn't care. And if you're using your computer for playback then just convert it to H.264 and it will play back fine. No need to worry about the color differences between PAL and NTSC. Just make sure you play it back at the proper aspect ratio.
