32 Bit Audio needs to be rendered

In FCP7 is there a way around needing to render 32 bit audio? I can't find any sequence setting to fix this.
Is there a plugin I can install to read 32bit?

Hi Tanya,

The answer is no to both questions.

FCP accepts 16 bit or 24 bit 48khz files without render. The FCP sequence can be set to 32 bit float but that is only how FCP does its internal audio processing. If you give it 32 bit files they will have to be rendered.
