Hi Mitchell,

Not at my FCP X Mac right now but as I recall, hold down the Shift key while launching FCP X.

Mitchell.

Hold down the Option key when you open FCP X and you will get a menu of your projects so you can safely choose
which one to open or choose a new one. See attached pic.

Hi Mitchell,

That's exactly why they have made Final Cut Library Manager. With FCLM you don't need to launch FCP X at all, you just launch FCLM and you select the Library you need. This will launch FCP X with only that Library.
