Render out a small sample, this will tell you if you have that codec.
Look in the properties of the rendered clip.

Your source media does not match your sequence settings. You need to fix things before you bring the clips into FCP or you will be rendering forever. You need to go back to where you converted your clips to find out where you went wrong. It would help if you can post screen grabs of your source media specs and your sequence settings.

Details of the Mac vs the one that works, and format etc of the media scratch disc.

The mac on which FCP works :- 3.2ghz core i5 , 8GB DDR 3 , 1TB Sata HD , Graphics - AMD Radeon R9 M380 2048 MB

The mac mini on which FCP not works:- 1.4ghz core i5 , 4GB DDR3 , 500GB sata hd , Graphics - Intel HD Graphics 5000

but the problem is only with prores & XDCAM EX clips , other compressor footage matching the sequence.

My guess is the Mac mini does not have enough grunt.
Try it with media on an external drive.

Something is not right somewhere in your settings. You say they are exact but I highly doubt that. Post pics of your sequence settings.
