closed captions in fcpx

hi people

i need some help...i have a HD material with embedded closed captions and 2 audio languages in different channels in xdcam...i must to cut some parts and preserve closed captions and the two languages....is it possible to import in fcpx, edit and share the final result to xdcam maintaining the closed captions and the 2 separate audio languages?
