I am looking at ways to store 20TB of FCP 7 video files, clips, projects. I'm new to this.

What are people using, what are the costs, risks, etc?

I use a 6-bay eSATA set up that provides about 16TB of usable space - but you can always use larger capacity hard drives to get to 20TB or an enclosure with more drive bays. Just make sure you're able to leave about 15% free space on the drives.
