Re: Compressor 4.3 Not working properly

Hi All,

I recently updated Compressor to 4.3 and I cannot transcode a .mov to a .mpg or even burn a bluray from any .mov I throw at it.
It will make an .ac3 but once it starts to make the MPEG it fails....

Any suggestions? I'm about to delete the app and re install....

I've been using 4.3 and have had no problem.

You could call Apple Pro App support (1-866-752-7753). They've been very helpful to me.
