I have video that was shot in portrait mode on iPhone 6. I want to convert it to landscape (16:9) to match my other video. Is there a way to do this in Compressor?

You can import it as normal into Final Cut Pro and just rotate it 90 degrees there.

No. Never shoot vertical video with a phone. So many people do it though. Yes you can rotate it but the orientation will be wrong. The best you will get is pillarboxed :o/
