Re: Multiclip editing FCP7

So I've done this many times. But sometimes what happens is - I have the clips loaded in the viewer. The drop down menu is on "open" in both the viewer and the canvas. The first clip of the multiclip is selected and I've loaded it into the timeline, double clicked on it in the canvas and lined up the playhead at the beginning. I can scrub through the timeline and I see all the clips appearing in the canvas in sync with the timeline. And then I hit "PLAY" in the timeline (or the canvas) and what happens is the multiclips disappear from the canvas and whatever is playing in the timeline is full frame in the canvas. I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.

Any suggestions out there in Ken Stone land??
