Hi, can anybody recommend a make & model of VHS PAL player & recorder (consumer or professional) that has in-built time base correction with component & s-vhs outputs or a make & model of VHS PAL player & recorder (consumer or professional) that has at least component & s-vhs outputs?

And can you also recommend a make & model of stand alone Time Base Correctors?

Only Super VHS VCRs will have S-Video, which is what you mean by "s-vhs" outputs. I don't know PAL stuff, but I've used a few S-VHS NTSC VCRs that had built in TBCs and they were OK at best. Standalone TBCs are still very expensive these days for some bizarre reason. Maybe look on eBay. Are you looking to capture VHS footage?
