Re: Compressor Watermark Issue

Compressor Watermark Issue (June 16, 2008 04:32AM) adamw
I am trying to add a transparent png to video as a watermark using the compressor feature. After encoding however the picture looks distorted, very jagged. The picture is a high quality png and in final cut I have tried changing the field dominance settings to no avail. I can add the picture in the final cut timeline and that works fine however I really need the watermark compressor feature to work properly as it will save a lot of time! The footage is DV pal and will end up on the web, here are the output details for the video -
