7 deadly sins on history channel

Hi,
Anyone seen any of these? It has live action with black outlines and shadings (and some filter) that almost look like lead in stain glass. Then they do the same to background (and foreground)...almost looks live with some filter, and some CG (or something) added.
Anyone know what they're doing to acheive this really original look?
