FCP X - Where to start?

Ken/Ronny/Folks,
We're a small production company that's been very busy over the past two years -- and only now are seeing a bit of a break in the schedule.
We've stuck with FCP7 through that time -- but now are moving ahead to X.
Short of reading the manual and diving in -- is there a good set of instructions or particular starting point that has evolved over the past few years that would be a good place to start?
Thank you,
JR

Mitchell thanks - we've also signed up for the 1 on 1 @ the Apple Store.

Thanks all -- just the advice we were looking for.
We'll no doubt have questions -- and will post.
Have followed this forum for years -- and as a matter of fact Ronny -- asked here about the HDX900 we were considering 3 or 4 years ago. That camera has been fantastic.
Off we go.

IMO, Ronny is one of the absolutely best sources of info on FCP X. Everything he has told me has been rock-solid correct.
He is like a great coach in that he inspires you and encourages you to be better. He reminds me of a swimming teacher that I had when I was a kid who got me over my fear of the water. He accents the positive not the negative.
As for Ripple and Larry Jordan, I would suggest going on Youtube and watching some of their videos and see whose style appeals to you more.
