Jumpy ftg to timeline

Since nobody responded to my previous post, I played with jumpy/jerky ftg and when I take it from Viewer to Timeline, the footage is fine. Question is; if jumpy clip looks normal in timeline should I just keep it there or recapture that whole reel?

If it looks good on a proper monitor from FCP after render, then it should be fine.
