EXPORTING STILL FRAME BLUR

Folks,
For some reason, when we park the playhead in the viewer on a frame of video we'd like to export, it will not come cleanly.
When we export w/quicktime conversion, the blur happens the moment we click 'return.'
I've used this often to capture a frame and use it for a background on a DVD, and not noticed such blurring.
Anyone?

If there is camera movement and sometimes subject movement you may get a blur.

I have used this for other senarios...
Maybe you can use "Grab" and then crop what you need with photoshop, iPhoto, or even Excell.

Solution.
Followed through w/process anyway (had previously stopped when still pic blurred.
Was clear in the captured png.
Don't know why.
