Motion transparent background

Hi all

I know this may be mind-numbingly simple to some but Motion is not my strong point and I'm on a deadline now. I need a simple smoke effect that I can export with a transparent background and import into FCP and lay over video and can't do it...

If anyone can give me project/export settings so i can export with a transparent background from motion asap I'd be very greatful.

Set Motion to export in Animation codec with alpha channel, import into FCP, lay over video and render...Presto!
