Not Happy With LiveType Resolution

I am animating a tag line for a client in LT. I am using the 4:3 NTSC preset and the titles look pixellated. I switched over to a 3:2 NTSC preset because I read a thread that mentioned this and it looked better but not perfect. Is it because of the animation in LT or is it because I am repositioning the title in FCP?
