OT-PPT with video

I don't have much to do with PPT, so I'm clueless as to how to approach my client's request. His video will consist of interviews, with cuts to his manufacturing plant, etc. I'll deliver the finished video on DVD, but the client also wants a file to insert into his PPT show. So my question is: what kind of file/size works best in PPT? The end product will be viewed on computer, and may be shown via projector in a small classroom.
