New Internal Hard drive

Hello all, hope all is well!

I am at the process where my Internal Hard Drive is almost full!!!
I would like to ask for any suggestions on which Internal hard drive would be a good choice to purchase.
Preferably a 1 or 2 TB Drive.

I have a Apple pro 8core Desktop Computer-3 years old and Running Snow Leopard with FCP 7.0.2.

So far I have been using the Western Digital Caviar Green 1 TB, 5400-7200 RPM WD10EADS
as my internal Drive for my FCP Capture scratch.
It has worked OK, sometimes it gets a bit sleepy in not in use and needs a bit of time to access if I open it to navigate through my files, otherwise the price when bought last year was decent.

Hello Ken,

I live in Europe Cyprus therefore not able to purchase from the US.
I will probably purchase from Netherlad or the UK.

Any ideas yourself on any drives which have good reputation, or you may use yourself?

Hi Suzana,

Different makes of hard dives come and go as far as quality goes. What was good quality last month may now be no good. Can you check with one of your suppliers, find out if they have 'enterprise' quality drives. Maybe ask around for a drive recommendation.
