Audio out of sync after exporting from FCP

Audio out of sync after exporting from FCP (April 06, 2012 02:23AM) Flashe
Hi Ken,

How are you?

I shot an interview in HDV 1080i, audio 48kHz.

When I export the sequence, the audio is out of sync.

I exported the sequence using QuickTime conversion with the following setting:

PICTURE
Compressor: H264
Data Rate: automatic
Frame Rate: current (it was recorded at 25fps)
Key frames: every 25 frames
Frame Reordering: on (box ticked)
Size: Current
Deinterlace Source video: off (box unticked)

AUDIO
Format: AAC
Sample rate: 44kHz
Bit rate: 128

If I go into item properties, the compressor is listed as 1080p25. I have no idea if this is the problem. If so, how do I change it please?

If it's something else, please let me know how to resolve this.

My version of FCP is 6.0.6 and my Mac is OSX v 10.5.8.

I'd appreciate your advice at your earliest convenience.

Many thanks,
Fiona.
