DVDSP build will not autoplay DVD

Hi,
I migrated FCP studio over to mavericks (DVDSP etc..)

I made and build a DVD.
The DVD is set to have the menu as first play, and nothing in the 'disabled user operations' is selected.

When I play the DVD build in DVD player, the menu and title buttons read 'not permitted' when I select them.
DVD player will also not auto start the playing (the DVD menu should play as it is first play)
The only way to get the DVD to play is pressing the play button.
Once I press the play button, then I can use the menu and title buttons...?

Anyone know what is causing the DVD to not auto play the menu once I open up the build?

So if you've been successful before Mavericks, it must be an OS problem.
Can you build it on an earlier OS?

I have made many DVDs with the same settings, but not on mavericks.
So i dont know if it is DVDSP or the DVD player that is messing up.
It plays OK in VLC, but that is not really a DVD player

So I am suggesting you build on an earlier OS and you will know where the problem is.
