Motion Installed - View Screen Too Small - Fit To Window Too Big

I had to buy a new Mac Pro. Having installed MOTION again, a problem has resurfaced that I forget how to correct.

The view of the screen has the image the size of a postage stamp, BUT IT IS AT 100%. If I check off "FIT TO WINDOW", the screen fills up, but the image is now expanded to over 400% and distorted.

Once before this happened and someone told me where to go and how to fix this. I cannot remember where or how.

I have attached a screen shot of what I am saying.
