raising the WHOLE roof

is there a way that i can raise all the audio tracks at once? I would like to raise the level of my hour sequence with out having to do it clip by clip by clip by...you get the idea!

Select all of the clips on the timeline. From the Modify menu > Levels > Relative. Enter the amount of the increase.

I also found in the help menu that if you open up the audio mixer you can adjust all tracks with the master slider (or at least how it outputs)
