I just reinstalled FCS 2 because I was having a problem. Do I need to install each upgrade individually or can I just install the latest upgrade?

Go to Software Update and install everything shown. After that go back to Software Update and install the next batch. Keep going until there are no more updates to install.

don't forget to Repair Permisions.

Open Disk Utility. Select your boot drive on the left and click on Repair Permissions.
