Re: Log and capture FCP 6

i recently install FCP 6, when i try to log and capture i got this message:

"Capture has been ended due to lack of disk space"

i have two disk of 500 Gb each

First make sure your Capture Scratch drive is correctly set to one of these drives and also check if the drives effectively have sufficient space left.

If this is correct, first open Disk Utility and do a Repair Permissions on your Boot drive (you should do this anytime you have installed a new application).

If the problem still persists after repairing permissions, trash your FCP preferences. If still no luck, give us following info:

- Kind of Mac
- Version of OS, QT, FCP
- To which drive have you set your Capture Scratch settings ? What kind of drive is this, how much space left, how is it formatted and how is it connected to your mac ?
