Making Chapters

Hi Ken, I'm struggling to make chapters in FCE project using Imac. Only 7 chapters. I followed the print out from your last respond. Located where to chapter, named it, pressed "Add chapter in the box, when exporting it, I did click on "chapters included. But when I watch it in Qtime, or in IDVD---there are No Chapters. Give thanks for all of your help.
