selecting multiple edit points (July 15, 2008 05:19AM) aren
Hi,

I'm running into a situation where I'm dealing with many tracks of audio from various sources. I'm constantly needing to add/remove frames from this audio and it's a tremendous pain having to select all of the edit points individually every time I'm making an edit. (ie adding 10 frames to 16 tracks of audio)

I've tried using the edit select tool, which is great, except that it automatically opens the trim edit window which I very, very rarely ever use.

Thanks,
Aren

Group-select all the audio tracks that fit together and press CMD+L to link them. Now everytime you make changes to one track the other tracks will be changed as well. If you wish to temporarily un-link the group (e.g. to just modify one single track in the group) you just press CMD+L again and the group will be un-linked.

Best wishes,

Ronny
