Encoding for Mixed-Angle DVDs

Hi

I'm trying to make a DVD were the entire track is to be mixed-angle but I get GOP errors and can´t seem to find anything in the manual.

Also I'd like to be able to program the DVD to change the audio-track when the video angle is changed. If I could get the DVD to using the num-pad that most DVD remotes have (button 1 corresponding with v1 and a1 etc.) that would be really great...

No I haven't tried stories yet. But I had a hunch that it would help me with that last part... any tips on a good guide to getting started with stories?

But then againg - won't help me much unless I can sort out that first problem.
