I just deleted my project can some one help me find it

I have just had a problem. i had a was trying to change the name of a project file while it was open form My safe planet to your safe Planet when i tried to safe the fcp in the place of the new file FCP crashed and now the FCP i had with the name changed opens something completely different. would there be an emergency safe any where.

Never mind i pulled my head out of my ass because the file wasn't in there and found it on the mac
