Does anyone know of a controller for FCP?

I was wondering if anyone knew of an external controller made specifically for Mac & FCP that would make scrubbing through the timeline easier? My mouse seems to fail after 6 months and I am tired of replacing it! A controller or device, a keyboard with a controller on it maybe?

I use a Jog Shuttle Pro by Contour Designs.

I have one of those lying around here but never seemed to figure the setup out.

Do you have a final cut pro setup you could send me for that?
(not sure what that's called, a map?)

Did you install the software and drivers that came with it? If so, there are already a few FCP setups included. The default FCP setup should be functional anytime FCP is active.
