Best workflow - multicamera shoot - SD plus HPX 170

I've got a 3 camera shoot coming soon; SD PAL, final output to DVD.

I've got 2 Canons shooting DV (4:3 PAL) and my third camera is HPX 170.
What would be the best recording format to set HXP170 to; 576i/50 I believe
and then setting ASPECT CONVERSION to SIDE CROP 4:3.

Would that footage need rendering on FCP 5.1.4 or it'd be treated as native DV footage
like that one from Canons? I'm concerned about that /50i
