MacBook Pro output to HDCAM deck (w SDI input)

Hello everyone,

I just color corrected a TV show on my MacBook Pro. It's ready to go. I need to output to an HD CAM deck (SRW5500).

However, this deck only has SDI inputs. I have little knowledge about this, and I'm stuck. Can I output from my Firewire 800 port or my DVI output to SDI? I've heard of Kona cards... but I believe they only work on towers, not MacBook Pros...

Does anyone know the proper workflow for Mac Book Pros to HD CAM decks???
