My external hard drive crashed before I was able to set up a back up system and I lost all of my files
How can I recover a video that I only have left on a DVD created with iMovie? it has a menu and everything and I am not familiar with the file structure. :(

Try ripping it with Mac the Ripper. Then unencoding it with MPEG Streamclip. Both are free at versiontracker.com
