Jpeg timelapse to 1920 x 1080

I have a timelapse sequence consisting of 350 Jpeg images
sized at 3872 x 2592. I would like to pan & scan within the sequence.
If my target output is a 1920 x 1080 25fps PAL Quicktime, which would be
my best option from the 'easy set ups' to achieve this.
Also, is it better to render out a quicktime of the stills and then apply the motion
or nest them and apply the motion to the nest?
Help appreciated

What is the format of the video that you will be using with your photos?

Thanks Ken
I would like to be able to distribute the timelapses as quicktimes
for download similar to Artbeats. I'm guessing I need to create a
HD 'master' and then create any other required formats from that.
