No. XDCAM HD codec does not support embedded alpha, sorry. If you need to deliver as XDCAM HD with alpha then you'll have to export x2 (Matte and Fill). Alternatively you might deliver using a compressed HD codec that directly supports embedded alpha, such as BitJazz's SheerVideo codec or Avid's DNxHD. These could potentially be delivered as data files on XDCAM HD optical media (if that is the prerequisite for delivery).
