Lost render?

Hi All,

I have done some editing today on a project I haven't touched for a month or so. I did some cutting and closed the project. Upon re-openeing it this evening things in timeline are not playing and the 'Un-renderered' text comes up in the canvas window, yet there are no red, green or orange render bars in any of my sequences.

I wasn't even editing the original edits, just copying it into a new sequence. Some of the edit is quite effects heavy (magic bullet, Looks) and some is simple cropping, resizing and colour correction.

Is this a simple prefs trashing exercise is could the problem be more serious? I haven't performed any updates on the G5 whilst I've had this project, and this problem has just come up.

Footage is HDV 1080i
FCS 2
Quicktime 7.3
Dual 2GHz G5
4GB RAM
Over 300GB of HD space.
