I have been shooting with the Canon GL2 and have been using Fuji and Sony mini DV's primarily. I remember a fleeting conversation I had with one of the retailers some months ago in which he said that most of the mini DV's on the market were not very and that he recommended Panasonic. I don't recall which one, but I remembered the conversation. Do you have any recommendation regarding the brand of mini DV's I should probably be using? Thanks.

I've used thousands of the Sony Premium MiniDV tapes over the past 8 years without problems.
