DVD Menu - Motion to DVDSP

Hi guys,

I'm trying to construct a16:9 SD menu in Motion and send it through to DVDSP. When I import it to DVDSP resolution isn't too good at all - rather blocky.

Motion version is crisp & clean - done two - one at 1080x720; second at 720x576. Importing either/or into DVDSP gives same poor results.

DVDSP menu is set at 720x576i - I thought this could be the problem, went to "preferences" but can only change from SD to HD - need to keep it in SD as clients only use SD.

Been through my books (Certified Pro), and can't find a solution. Have abandoned Creative Cow long ago.

Any answers would be greatly appreciated - feel free to laugh & pat me on the head, 'cause I can't see the forest for the trees.

The settings have been at SD all along. Still trying to get the result I want, so any other suggestions will be welcomed.
