DVD rip it software?

Hi all,

Like the new format.

Wondering if any of you have experience with any of these DVD rip it programs? I am looking to pull images ( that I have shot) off of store bought commercial DVD's for my DP reel. Wondering what is the best software to use? why?

Hi,

IMO a DP (Or Anyone else) Probably does NOT have the rights to the footage they Shot or Recorded or Edited for a Production Co. Unless That was part of your Contract prior to shooting. To see if you are actually entitled to Credit for the shoot, Go to the end, Watch the Credits Roll, And see if your name is listed. Many Still and Video shooters Maintain ALL the rights to their work, Others do not.
