16:9 to 4:3

I am working on a short film. Shot on DVX100 in with wide angle lens

All Footage 16:9 24p
Edited all Sequences as Anamorphic.

I want to include a 4:3 version on the DVD.

I created a new non-anamorphic sequence and dropped in the 16:9 completed footage (one sequence). This created a letterbox version that is I assume 4:3.

Is there a better way to do this using Compressor?

Is there a way to create a non-letterboxed 4:3 version?
