any problems with QT 7.5 update on FCP 6.0?

The last time I updated my QuickTime on FCP 4.5, it caused problems in capturing clips longer than 5 minutes (duly discussed in a past Ken Stone forum). When I upgraded to FCP 6.0 all problems were solved with the version of QuickTime that came with the program. So I'm skittish about doing the QT 7.5 update that my Software Update manager is telling me to do. Should I go ahead and do it? Does anyone know if this will create problems in FCP 6.0?

If there are no features in the newier QT that you need, then stay where you are. My NLE is still running an older version of QT.

I don;'t think it FCP updates will allow you to update without installing QT 7.5

On my NLE, I'm running Leopard, 10.5.4, FC Studio 6.0.4 and QT 7.4.x.
