EXTREMELY fast edits

wonder if someone can help....is there a software or method of extremely fast edits....best i can describe is the edits you see in some rap music videos or often during the runway section of "Project Runway"... there is no way those edits of such short length are done by hand
need similar for a project...thanks

Why not? I've done it for several projects ... by hand.

I entirely agree with David. You can cut frame by frame without any problems. It's even easier to make 10 very fast cuts in a clip than to make a good cut in a feature film. Very fast cuts are more forgiving as the audience has no time to see what is actually being cut (-:
