Hello
I have created from FCP a HDV quick time file for my client's comments. It is a 5 minute doc. He can't open it. I exported using HDV 1080p30, integer (Little endian), time code. Whta can I do?

What software does he have? Is he running FCP?
How did you export, step by step please?

He does not have FCP. He has Quick Time.
Export, quick time file, current settings.
Maybe I should export changing the setting to H 264?
